1. Capital Introduction
Most lenders have a similar capital raising strategy, sustained by investment advisors, HNWI, and friends and family. This approach works well, especially for founders/leadership with large networks. However, these networks often run dry or are infringed upon by competitors.
DabbleCap recognizes the need for more diverse sources of capital as well as more overall capital flow into the alternative mortgage space. By working in tandem with your fundraising team, we are able to make introductions to more strategic investors as well as institutional investors looking to deploy significant capital in the space.
These capital sources can be family offices, asset managers, foreign banks, and other larger investors with capital to transform not just your fund, but the market.
2. Strategic Consulting
Having worked on a wide variety of projects in leadership, portfolio management, sales, marketing, and operations, we are able to take on fixed-scope projects for our clients in pursuit of attracting larger, more impactful capital.
We are able to take on single short-term projects, however, preference will be given to funds who are actively raising funds and show strong potential for attracting investment.

Canada as a whole deserves more attention in its capital markets infrastructure. That begins with improving access and calibre for our current lender partners.
